My motto has always been. It’s not what we do that is crucial, but the reason why we do it.
To help reveal a person’s professional and personal qualities, is what drives me.
For more than 20 years I have worked with this area and it is satisfying to see how people can change and use their full potential and find their right place in the organization in which they are employed.
Both as a leader and as a trainer for managers, I have experienced how relatively little it takes to achieve this. Authenticity, honesty and trust are, in my best beliefs, keywords when working with human behaviour.
The job I have today gives me a lot of satisfaction because I’m a small part of someone else’s success.
