To make managers see the importance of outplacement and realize how they can help their employees is what drives me in my job. It’s easy only to focus on the person being laid off when we address outplacement programs, but the aspect of managers really wanting to, and being able to help their employees find a new job, is just as important and inspiring to me.
Working with sales and marketing in this industry is rewarding because it is something I truly believe in, and see the benefit of on a daily basis.
