Fernando Ortiz-Barbachano is president of Challenger Gray & Christmas Mexico. Fernando currently directs Barbachano International Inc. (BIP), the premier executive search leader in Mexico, LATAM, and the US. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant by the National Association of Personnel Services. He is on the Board of Directors for the Economic Development Corporation of Tijuana, Mexico, an active member of The Society of Human Resource Management, and National Association of Personnel Services.
