Meet Regina, STATO’s Outplacement and Talent Development Director. She has more than 15 years of experience in consulting firms, focusing on commercial, projects, development and career transition areas.
Regina has intensive experience in complex career transformation and transition projects, developing and implementing communication strategy and risk management.
Regina’s expertise extends to preparing and facilitating communication of outplacement services and assistance to those impacted. Since 2014, Regina has focused on people development issues, understanding needs and designing customized projects.
Regina is certified in DISC and SPA (Sales Performance Assessment).
