Edwin Tiah:
Edwin (BSc) held numerous senior portfolios in the Media industries before joining the recruitment business in 2003. He joined Gemini Personnel in 2010, and is Managing Director of the Singapore branch in charge of overall business initiatives and management of operations in the office.
Over the years, he has overseen numerous placements of senior level positions for multi-national companies, in a wide spectrum of industries including Building & Development, Architecture, Interior Design, REITs, Shipping & Maritime, Financial Investment, Advertising/Media, IT, Hospitality/Travel. In addition to Executive Search and Selection, Edwin advises and supports clients on talent management strategies, leadership development and outplacement.
Ash Hameed:
I began my professional career in Human Resources, then worked on internal recruitment, and finally, in an Oil & Gas recruitment firm in Singapore. I have since successfully placed candidates in key positions across the Middle East focusing on mid–level managerial up to C-level assignments.
I am also specialized in the accompaniment of executives in the phase of professional transition (executive outplacement), of internal evolution in the organization, or even in the phase of reflection on the next step (executive coaching).
Assisting clients in achieving their goals by establishing effective processes and successful coaching programs is what drives me every day.
