  • 9 August 2018

The Serbian job market is very fast paced and turbulent. A lot of companies see Serbia as a fruitful market with a lot of professionals in different fields, so a lot of new companies are opening business here very frequently. On the other hand, companies are often closing offices or relocating business to other cities as well. The unemployment rate is still fairly high, meaning there is a lot of competition for the jobs that are available. Opportunities are limited because employers usually seek to hire experienced and established professionals.

In such an environment, support in finding a new position is a highly valuable service we provide to our clients’ former employees. Our approach is based on reducing stress, building self-confidence and self-motivation, and using our wide knowledge and experience with the Serbian job market to guide those who go through our program to find new opportunities. The engagement we have in the recruitment and selection processes is also a great asset to our clients, because we are very familiar with market trends and the reputations of potential new employers. We pay great attention to building trust with program participants and creating an honest and open environment, allowing clients to self-reflect on their skills and experiences and discover how to best build their brand to employers.

We pride ourselves on helping program participants cope with the challenges that come with switching jobs and supporting them in turning problems into a new opportunities.
