I graduated from the City University in Bratislava in General Management, and am an experienced commercial professional. I have 17 years of working experience in international corporations including the TOP 10 companies in telecom, IT, production, data center integration, and R&D in the EU and worldwide, and speak fluent English and Slovak.
Having spent many years in different company cultures, I have had the great opportunity to work closely with all departments, observe different styles of management, and understand different requirements for people’s abilities.
My personal interest led me to finishing accredited courses in Coaching and Career Advisory. Since then, I knew that I would like to apply commercial experience from corporate organizations and knowledge of people development in my job.
Today, I am fully focused on career advisory and HR consulting at Teamconsult Slovakia.
Working for a wide spectrum of business entities, I help them identify their exact HR needs, as well as search for and place the right candidates on their teams.
I have always been a people-oriented person and in my spare time, I work as a volunteer at our local community center, focused on environmental education and vitality activities for kids and families.
