Last year we celebrated our 10th birthday and we have marched into the second decade of us as a group. We should be proud of our achievements. No-one in the world have the expertise that we all have, delivering in 102 countries. However…we have previously discussed what we must do to remain competitive in a constantly evolving world, and moving and being leaders of change (not to be overwhelmed by them). Our choice is to be pioneers, not to be followers.
This year, building on this, we want to discuss how to ensure that we future proof Career Star Group, look at what we have achieved so far, but also what needs to change. We want to work together with you to achieve this. We want to look at how technology plays a major part in the modern-day HR space, how you can disrupt your OPC business model and how we can be innovative, offering more services to be more relevant in our territories and adding more value to our customers. We will spend time to reflect, discuss and collect inputs, to shape our future together.
We will of course also hear from inspirational external speakers to challenge our thinking, and spend time together to enjoy each other, as well as the beautiful Marseille!
